private equity attorney to join its prestigious practice as an

firms and their portfolio companies - Assist clients in a variety
of complex transactions including leveraged buyouts, mergers and
acquisitions, equity investments, and general corporate
matters.Qualifications: - 3 or more years of private equity
experience from a large law firm or SEC experience - Top academic
credentials - Excellent analytical and writing
