Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trading Services Specialist to
provide high-quality support to enterprise-level clients in
electronic trading.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality support to enterprise-level clients, resolving
issues related to account management and trading operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting
regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction
Monitor client trading activity for anomalies and provide timely
alerts and insights on market developments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics,
or a related field
2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations, clearing, or a
related field
Experience with trading platforms, equities trading, and
familiarity with FIX protocol
Must possess or acquire the JSDA Sales Representative Class 1
qualification within 3 months of hire
Proficient verbal communication skills in Japanese to engage with
stakeholders
