A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist in
Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage learning and development activities related to strategy,
execution, and reporting
Partner with various teams to kick off projects, manage stakeholder
reviews, and finalize assets
Evaluate program effectiveness and report on productivity and
opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or
equivalent experience
Five years of experience in marketing communications, digital
marketing, or project management
Experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex
projects
Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing
platforms
Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize marketing
platform usage
