Job Description: The Automotive Body Repair Technician is responsible for meticulously assessing and expertly repairing customer vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. This individual disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles, playing a pivotal role in delivering speed, quality, and customer excellence. The Automotive Body Repair Technician collaborates with team members to achieve repair facility goals and consistently upholds the company's standards as a dedicated Brand Ambassador. Key Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent execution of the operating plan
• Plan the necessary repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers
• Execute various repair techniques using tools and equipment
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage
• Replace damaged sections of vehicles with new or aftermarket parts
• Perform interior parts replacement or repairs
• Prepare and repaint vehicles with specified paint
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality
• Perform other related duties as assigned Education and/or Experience Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Collaborative work ethic within an auto body shop environment
    • Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and procedures
    • Proficiency in using tools required for the trade Other Requirements:
      • Ability to work safely in a noisy environment
