A company is looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer with
extensive expertise in Java for AI Model Training.
Key Responsibilities
Develop AI Training Content by creating coding prompts and
responses to guide AI learning
Optimize AI Performance by evaluating and ranking AI responses for
improved accuracy
Ensure Model Integrity through testing for inaccuracies or biases
in AI models
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Java
Deep understanding of Java SE, including multithreading,
collections framework, memory management, and exception
handling
Proficiency with Java 8+ features, such as streams and lambdas
Extensive experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
or JPA
C1 level of English language proficiency
