Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Support Engineer (L5) for
the JS Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and handle customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and
automate support needs
Develop runbooks, improve support tools, and enhance the
engineering support experience
Collaborate with PM and Engineering to track ongoing issues and
communicate customer needs
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of professional support or engineering
experience, particularly with JavaScript technologies
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and Node.js
Experience with modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and
web APIs
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or
Vue.js
Experience in developing tools and scripts to automate processes
and improve efficiency
