Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Merchandise Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic category plans and financial targets in partnership with Merchandising and Finance teams
Manage monthly OTB processes and establish weekly store KPIs
Guide in-season business decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Merchandise Financial Planning, Buying, and Inventory Management
8+ years of supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree required
Experience with demand forecasting and sales operations planning
Preferred location is San Francisco, but remote candidates are considered
