Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Medical Officer, Population
Health Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic vision for population health services and enhance
clinical performance across client partnerships
Build relationships with stakeholders and provide clinical
expertise to support value-based care models
Oversee clinical program development, pharmacy operations, and
ensure operational excellence in population health strategies
Required Qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) & Board Certification
Current, unrestricted medical license
15+ years of experience in clinical leadership roles related to
value-based care and population health management
7+ years of successful clinical practice experience
Experience in pharmacy management and quality improvement
preferred
