Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partnership Growth Manager to
identify and secure partnerships within the real estate
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential partners, including seller lead
generators and real estate teams
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and
present customized partnership solutions
Monitor partnership performance and provide ongoing support to
optimize results
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales or prospecting, preferably in real
estate
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through consultative
selling
Experience in developing opportunities from ideation to
execution
Ability to sell multi-product offerings
High accountability for delivering results in a fast-paced
environment
