Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Process Improvement &
Operational Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business process improvement initiatives to enhance
operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain a program for assessing effectiveness and
communication regarding process improvements
Facilitate Lean improvement workshops and provide coaching on Lean
principles to staff and management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration,
Healthcare, Engineering, etc.)
8 years of experience in healthcare, with 4 years in a management
role
Understanding of health plan operations, including claims
processing and customer service
Experience in designing and delivering operational improvement
solutions
LEAN certification and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
