Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Quality Improvement to lead and direct process improvement activities in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead NCQA Accreditation and HEDIS performance initiatives
Collaborate with the Medicare STARS team to enhance STARS ratings
Oversee provider satisfaction surveys and implement improvement action plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, related clinical degree, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations
Master's degree preferred
Current RN license preferred; certification in quality improvement or risk management is a plus
Experience with Medicare STARS quality expertise is heavily preferred
