lead the development of dashboards within Qualtrics for actionable
insights from survey data.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of dashboards to create actionable insights
from survey data
Establish best practices and management workflows while integrating
data sources
Drive decision-making and shape growth strategies through
customer-centric insights
Required Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Qualtrics customer insight platforms
Expertise in customer experience using Qualtrics XM Discover
Six or more years of relevant research, data science, and/or
analytics experience
Advanced understanding of research methodologies, both qualitative
and quantitative
Technical expertise in statistical packages, SQL, and data
visualizations
