Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Charge Description Master for
Revenue Integrity in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the routine review of the charge master for accuracy of
CPT/HCPCS coding and ensure compliance with billing
requirements
Educate department leadership on charge master issues and oversee
the daily operations of the Revenue Integrity team
Conduct annual reviews of the charge master and participate in
system implementations to enhance revenue collection
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or
Healthcare Administration; Master's Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in revenue cycle management,
including revenue integrity and charge capture
At least 2 years of leadership experience
Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements related to billing
and credentialing
Strong organizational and project management skills
