Key Responsibilities
Direct a team of analysts and lean-redesign professionals for
ongoing standardization and process refinement
Guide the team to use data for generating insights on performance
and operational maturity
Partner with stakeholders to simplify processes and align
procedures with changing business priorities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with
significant leadership experience
Experience with backend operations including billing, coding, and
claims management
Proven leadership skills to manage large teams and departmental
budgets
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations in a hospital
setting
Strategic vision and operational excellence across end-to-end
solutions
