Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Program Manager IV
responsible for managing strategic programs and large-scale
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or
process improvement
Drive projects by coordinating the work of project
managers/business analysts across various workgroups
Create and deliver best practice training information and prepare
documents for Program Steering Committees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
required; Master's degree preferred
8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required
Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large scale
projects required
Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools
required
Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred
