• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for various units.
• BLS - Basic Life Support mandatory for all nursing and tech positions.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for specific units, preferred for ER.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure needed for certain units.
• CHEMO certification required for Oncology.
• Various certifications and verifications required as applicable by profession and state.
• Multiple other certifications mentioned, tailored to specific units and roles.

  • Sub requirements - Cover sheet, Resume, Primary Source and Skills Checklist.
  • Full Time, 3 shifts per week with every other weekend.
  • No Block scheduling accommodated.
  • Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg.
  • COOK IS A MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
  • RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive.
  • No RTO the day prior or after a holiday.
  • No RTO on weekends.

    • 3 shifts per week
    • Every other weekend
