  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel RN - ER Shift: Variable D/E/N, 7a-7p, 3p-3a, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs/week, EOW Length: 13 weeksHoliday Requirements: (usually applicable May-Sept and Nov-Jan) Will be assigned to one of two teams for HolidaysOn call: (usually applicable for procedure type positions. Ex OR, Cath Lab, Radiology) call occassionaly Requirements:
  • IL license
  • 1 Year Experience
  • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, SANE Other Details:
    • EMR:--Meditech
    • Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Respiratory patients, Overdoses (heroin), geri-psych, typical ED--population. They do not have an interventional cath lab in house
    • # of beds 11 licensed bed (6 of those are monitored, 1 gyne room and the rest are fow lower acuity), 5 overflow hallway beds. # patients per day: 20-40 visits per day
    • Ratios: 1:4, including hallway patients can be up to 1:5-6
    • Scrub Color/Dress Code: Royal Blue
