• Consult with HR business partners and recommend technical solutions to meet business requirements using PeopleSoft or other vended solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend PeopleSoft HCM delivered and custom solutions that enhance business needs and ensure continuous process improvements.
• Communicate with systems, vendors, and HR partners about new technology/systems issues that would enhance current practices and maintain system availability and service level agreements.
• Serve as a technical lead for small, medium, and large HR projects, developing and maintaining a technical project plan in collaboration with HR Business Analysts.
• Support the PeopleSoft HCM application, troubleshoot production issues, and provide well-communicated answers to HR business partners.
• Develop or maintain PeopleSoft application modules, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and installation as needed.
• Conduct feasibility studies and define system requirements for complex HR Systems projects.
• Prepare project phase reports, including requirements, feasibility, definition, and design.Note: This is not a developer role, but PeopleSoft technical skills are essential for troubleshooting issues. A good mix of project management and technical/coding skills is desired.
