Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical CS Associate to provide
technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and detailed service to customers via phone and
email
Collaborate with other support teams to ensure high-quality
customer support
Act as a customer advocate by identifying areas for improvement and
suggesting solutions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of experience in technical support focused on customer
success
2+ years of experience with consumer WiFi/Mesh networking
platforms
1+ years of technical support experience for mobile devices (iOS,
Android)
Ability to work remotely with a reliable broadband internet
connection
