Job description: POSITION: SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEYLOCATION: CHICAGO, ILSALARY RANGE: $125K TO $190K Plus commissionOur Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in CHICAGO, IL.POSITION SUMMARY: Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Qualifications: EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• Full-time
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• 4+ personal injury trials, as first chair preferred
• Member of the Illinois Bar and in good standing
• Experience in evaluating claims
• Superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
