A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal - Commercial/Legal
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Review, create, and manage commercial contracts to ensure legal
compliance and protect company interests
Support sales teams in deal closure and assist in improving
contracting processes and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize contract
templates and enhance legal operations efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
Minimum 7-10 years of Paralegal experience in a law firm or
commercial legal department
In-house experience driving projects and transactions to
completion
Proven ability to perform under pressure in a sales-driven
environment
Strong business acumen and project management skills
