Job Description:
A company is looking for a CA or NY Barred Litigation
Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support for litigation matters, focusing on
California rules and procedures
Manage ongoing projects with flexible scheduling, primarily in EST
and PST time zones
Collaborate with clients to address their legal needs and
requirements
Required Qualifications
Admission to the California or New York Bar preferred
Experience working with California companies and familiarity with
California Rules of Civil Procedure
Availability for 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility in meeting
times
Relevant legal experience in litigation
Ability to work remotely
