Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead II to provide subject
matter expertise and lead support for staff in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a lead staff member and subject matter expert for various
analysts and clerks
Assist with questions related to contract processes and ensure
compliance with CMS guidelines
Facilitate meetings and provide training to staff regarding quality
measures
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Three years of general office experience, with education
substituting for experience on a year-per-year basis
One year of experience in Mailroom, Medicare appeals, or Managed
Care appeals
Preferred experience with Medicare Part D, Quality Letter System
(QLS), and Medicare Appeal System (MAS)
