Responsibilities

Manage a global team of 15 developers.
Oversee the development and implementation of the Portfolio Management System.
Allocate 50% of time to hands-on platform development.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Requirements
Extensive experience in Java Development.
Proven track record of managing a team of at least 10 people.
In-depth knowledge of Portfolio Management systems and the investment management industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
