Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Deployment Operations to lead
and manage the execution of product deployments while ensuring
operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement deployment strategies aligned with
organizational goals
Lead and mentor a team of implementation leads and engineers to
ensure timely and quality project completion
Manage vendor relationships and establish key performance
indicators to measure deployment effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a
related field
7+ years of experience in complex customer-facing deployments
3+ years of experience managing diverse teams
3+ years of experience in a technical services/support
environment
Experience with automation tools and project management
software
