Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior UX/CX Designer to reimagine digital acquisition and member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Support consumer experience on member and consumer sites
Create UI design components and visual design elements
Interpret insights to anticipate user needs and design innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or graphic design
4+ years of experience working with multiple teams and competing priorities
4+ years of experience incorporating user feedback in the design process
4+ years of experience with industry design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
2+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
