Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.Prepares, cleans, sands, plasters, and tapes all jobsites when necessary.Removes old paint coating, if necessary.Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.Cleans up worksite debris.Knowledge of painting tools and equipmentKnowledge of safety procedures SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent.Drywall repair and painting skills.Basic knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance a plus.Ability to use hand tools effectively a plus.Physical ability to perform the tasks mentioned above.
