Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Representative to
manage incoming calls and assist clients with their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate
departments
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a strong
knowledge base of company products and services
Cross-sell additional services to clients and provide timely
updates on assigned referrals
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of phone experience
Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls daily
Self-motivated with a strong teamwork attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays
