Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Forms Assistant for hybrid or
remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process donor data collection forms and ensure
accuracy
Communicate with external entities to resolve missing or incorrect
information
Document all actions in appropriate systems and prepare files for
audits
Required Qualifications:
Two-year degree in a medically related program or equivalent
experience
One year of work or internship experience in a clinical setting may
substitute for the degree requirement
Two years of experience with data management requiring
confidentiality
Knowledge of standard quality and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
