Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Back Office Support Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via email, ticketing systems, and chat
Establish and maintain a personalized schedule that accommodates customer needs
Complete a brief certification training program to become proficient in client systems

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
Capability to work independently and efficiently manage time
Familiarity with email, ticketing, and chat support systems
