Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries, including troubleshooting and account
management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
and improve processes
Develop and maintain self-service resources and engage with
community platforms
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer
Success, or Account management
Strong experience with ticket management platforms like Zendesk
Experience handling subscription management and billing
inquiries
Background in creating help articles and managing knowledge
bases
Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practices for incident
management
