Job Description:
A company is looking for an Interior Designer III to collaborate
on complex design projects and manage design staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of design and technical documentation across
various project phases
Manage client budgets, schedules, and project communications to
ensure timely and successful project completion
Provide mentorship to junior staff and serve as a primary liaison
with clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior
Design (CIDA accredited program preferred)
8+ years of related experience
NCIDQ or NCARB/AIA certification is required
High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, and 3D
rendering software
High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Teams, etc.)
