Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Deputy Transaction Monitoring
Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Transaction Monitoring in managing global
transaction monitoring operations and driving continuous
improvements
Oversee global operational activities, ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements and providing expertise to business
units
Mentor and develop team members while managing cross-functional
projects to enhance transaction monitoring capabilities
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a compliance role, with at
least 2 years in a leadership position in Transaction
Monitoring
Proven knowledge of AML regulations and criminal typologies
Experience in audit/exam management and operational leadership
Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate complex topics to non-expert audiences and
influence stakeholders
