Subscriptions to create engaging content that drives audience

Key Responsibilities
Lead expansion of subscription offerings to engage podcast fans
Collaborate with show teams to produce and refine subscriber-only
content
Utilize audience insights to enhance supporter offerings and create
promotional materials
Required Qualifications
8 or more years of experience in audio production
Experience working across various show types and editorial
teams
Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment with multiple
stakeholders
Self-motivated with strong organizational and planning skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
