Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Consultant to drive business
growth by delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical
solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-depth product demonstrations and customize presentations
for global clients
Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions and support the
RFP/RFI process
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and support the implementation
and onboarding process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Business Consulting, Sales Engineer, or
Solution Consultant role in the B2B SaaS space
Experience working with decision-makers in large complex accounts,
preferably in Human Resources
Strong knowledge of FP&A and people analytics, including
strategic workforce planning
Direct involvement in the design and/or implementation of
large-scale business transformations
Experience in SaaS solution selling and onboarding SaaS
products
