PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
CHEMO - Chemotherapy
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
Tech Cert Verification - National
HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
State License 1 Verification
NIH Stroke Certification
- Job Details
- 2 years required
- Float requirement: possibly to main hospital
  - Job Requirements
  - Must be a CSFA
    - Schedule Information
    - Shift: 5 days a week 0700-1530
    - Call Requirements: strictly for CT surgery. 2-3 evenings a week (1530-0700) then it will be every other weekend 0700a-0700a Saturday and Sunday. (Weekend can be split among the team)
      - Additional Details
      - Valid Driver's License or Passport must be a clear copy
      - AHA ONLY. RQI is acceptable
