Job Description:

A company is looking for a Transformation Business Process Analyst to manage and deliver analysis on global change projects.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct process improvement and mapping activities, documenting current and future state processes
Support transformation projects, including process efficiency improvements and IT change initiatives
Utilize data analysis to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and facilitate workshops for requirement gathering


Required Qualifications

Experience in operational and technology-focused process improvement projects
Training or experience in business improvement methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma or Agile
Technical awareness to support IT change projects like system migrations and implementations
Experience with data analysis tools such as MS Excel and PowerBi
Experience across the full project lifecycle from Discovery to Business as Usual (BAU)
