You'll be responsible for driving business growth through tailored workforce and ERP solutions, working closely with decision-makers to deliver solutions that elevate their organizations.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting HR, Accounting, and Finance sectors with a focus on workforce and ERP services.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with leaders in your Chicago-based network.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth.Qualifications
  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in workforce or ERP solutions.
  • Strong network of HR, Accounting, and Finance professionals in the Chicago area is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Compensation and BenefitsThe On Target Earnings (OTE) for this job is $300,000+.
