Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst to manage
activities for non-enterprise clients and ensure customer
satisfaction through effective support and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers using the platform,
managing day-to-day operations
Investigate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to
develop remediation plans
Conduct customer training and demos, and educate clients on product
functionality and processes
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of related work experience
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field or equivalent
professional experience
Experience in IT support or relevant roles, preferably within the
healthcare industry
Familiarity with technologies such as SQL Server, Microsoft Office,
and JIRA
Strong analytical and organizational skills
