Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Spanish Customer
Service Agent, starting at $17.65/hour, to provide remote support
to members regarding medication and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and
doctors' offices
Investigate and resolve inquiries or escalate to appropriate team
members
Adhere to standard operating procedures and HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of customer service experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without
sponsorship
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends,
and holidays
