Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Management to
oversee strategic sourcing and purchasing contracts in Indirect &
Professional Services.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve procurement practices, identifying
opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
Negotiate supplier agreements to align with organizational goals
and manage supplier relationships through regular reviews
Develop procurement programs supporting corporate initiatives,
including Supplier Diversity and sustainability goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain
theories and principles
5 years of basic management experience
3 years of functional experience in Indirect & Professional
Services categories
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving
cost savings
Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and
experience with Power BI is highly desired
