Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Medicare and Retirement
Medical Policy, responsible for overseeing medical policy
development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the deployment of CMS Medical Policy
Regulations
Oversee the implementation of Medicare and Retirement Medical
Policies with various partners
Build relationships across teams to ensure effective support and
feedback
Required Qualifications:
RN with previous experience in a clinical setting
5+ years of experience in Medicare Medical Policy and/or
Utilization Management
Prior management experience
Broad knowledge of Medicare regulations, including Medicare
Manuals, NCDs, and LCDs
Proven ability to drive, lead, and communicate change effectively
in a fast-paced environment
